Who we are
Bowlt Homes is operated by Andrew Bowlt. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

What we collect and why
The contact form asks for your name, email address or phone number, project location and message. If you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to share, including any photographs.
We use this information to reply, discuss your requirements, prepare quotes, arrange work, keep necessary business records and prevent spam or fraud. Providing it is voluntary, but without it we may not be able to respond or quote.
Our usual lawful basis is legitimate interests. If you ask us to take steps before a contract, we may also rely on the basis that processing is necessary to do so. We use personal information where the law requires it. We do not sell it, share your enquiry details with advertisers or make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Service providers
The form is handled by Web3Forms. Bowlt Homes decides why the information is collected, so Bowlt Homes remains the controller and Web3Forms acts as our processor. Web3Forms' DPA and privacy policy cover its infrastructure, sub-processors, security and international transfers.
We use hCaptcha to check that form submissions are not automated. It may process technical and interaction information, such as an IP address, browser or device details and security signals.
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. Google provides the fonts loaded by the site and the Gmail inbox used for form notifications. Some suppliers may process information outside the UK. Their linked policies explain the safeguards they use.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information while we are responding, preparing a quote or managing a job, and for as long as needed for legal or business records. We then delete it or securely dispose of it. Web3Forms says form submissions may be retained for up to three years, or for less time depending on the account plan and settings. See its privacy policy for details.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your information. You can object to legitimate-interest processing or direct marketing, request portability where it applies, and withdraw consent where we have asked for it.

Cookies and questions
hCaptcha, Web3Forms, Cloudflare and Google Fonts may make technical requests or use cookies and similar technologies needed to provide their services.
We advertise with Google Ads. If you accept cookies in the banner, we load the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies (such as _gcl_au) and sends Google information such as your IP address, browser details, the pages you visit and whether you contacted us after clicking one of our adverts. We use this only to measure which adverts lead to enquiries. The content of your enquiry is not sent to Google. Our lawful basis is your consent, and Google's use of the data is covered by its advertising policy.
If you reject, or do not choose, no Google Ads tag is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with , also linked in the footer. We store your choice in your browser.
